Linda Skeats
Linda’s leadership experience in multi-national corporations has equipped her for developing and implementing strategies and process improvement for clients in global markets. Linda is a creative businesswoman with over twenty years of management experience. She has travelled extensively on international quality and performance audit engagements in the UK, USA, Europe, Russia, Australia, and Africa. An experienced Managing Director, Financial Controller, Auditor, Logistics Manager and Consultant, Linda is a creative facilitator, lateral thinker and business leader.
Peter Dallow
Peter enjoys discovering new, exciting ways to integrate technology and ideas to enhance peoples’ work lives. He understands the importance of creating supportive, learning environments when introducing change. A follower of W. Edwards Deming principles of continuous improvement, Peter held posts at the senior executive level in Corporate Services, Finance, IT and HR. He has a Masters Degree and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mike Morgan
Mike is a member of the Institute of Logistics & Transport. He brings his wealth of IT supply chain process knowledge, including implementation of SAP enterprise applications, logistics and distribution systems to the LSQPC team. A certified Quality Facilitator, Mike has fulfilled many international assignments as a ‘trouble shooter’ and global systems implementation manager. He is tenacious, fastidious, and even pernickety when engaged in business process improvement and project implementation.
Larry New
With years of experience in the publishing production industry, holding lead roles as Production Manager and General Manager, Larry embraces the challenges that operational changes and tight deadlines bring with a “can do” attitude and a smile. With in-depth knowledge of fit-for-purpose document life-cycle solutions, Larry’s operational wisdom spans operational delivery of multi-lingual, e-content and digital asset management systems. Larry is a strong collaborator and renowned for making things happen.
Janice Holden
Janice is an experienced Organisational Development Consultant committed to providing bespoke, high quality services and interventions to improve personnel and organisational effectiveness. She has worked in the UK and worldwide, providing learning needs analysis, design and delivery of training programmes, trainer development, and staff coaching and mentoring for blue-chip companies including Nokia, BT, Natwest, Lloyds TSB and Dell. Amongst her recent assignments, Janice delivered learning and development solutions for the Department of Work and Pensions. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Janice specialises in training and development.
Kenneth Watling OBE
With a treasure of experience at the top level of national government, Kenneth is internationally recognized as the leading expert in public sector benchmarking and efficiency performance auditing. A former senior executive in HM Customs & Excise, Kenneth is a member the Steering Group for the European Benchmarking Forum, an expert advisor on performance improvement to the European Commission, a member of the Global Benchmarking Network and the Benchmarking Institute. As an enthralling adjunct to his benchmarking expertise, he is in high demand as a conference speaker. Kenneth enjoys travelling and sharing his knowledge to help improve professional public service around the world.
